2. Game Overview

Crypto Mining Game is a browser-based play-to-earn strategy game where users explore biomes, deploy drones, complete missions, collect cards, and earn crypto rewards. Players can earn Imagina Tokens (IMGA), mint NFTs, and participate in seasonal competition.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play. If you are a minor, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian.

4. Virtual Items and Tokens

• In-game currencies (Credits, Gems, IMGA) and items (NFTs, cards, boosts) hold no real-world value unless explicitly stated.
• IMGA Tokens can be traded externally via supported platforms like Uniswap.
• The market value of IMGA and NFTs is volatile. CMG is not responsible for losses or gains from trades or purchases.

5. User Conduct

Players must play fairly and not use bots, scripts, or exploits. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of progress or rewards.

6. Account Security

You are responsible for securing your login credentials. Any actions taken under your account are considered your responsibility.

7. NFTs and Blockchain Use

CMG uses blockchain-based NFTs. All blockchain actions (minting, transfers, trades) are irreversible and may include network fees.

8. Elite Membership & Payments

Elite Membership is optional and provides additional perks. All purchases are final and non-refundable.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

CMG is provided “as is” without guarantees of availability, stability, or freedom from bugs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, CMG is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the game or its services.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
